“Nature is the source of all true knowledge.” – Leonardo da Vinci
The ornamental shrub gardens, the vegetable garden, all of the stonework including the stone circle, the many buildings, and the substantial trail network were all designed and built by Michael and Kathy Nerrie.
A growing list of volunteers is now helping with the construction of more accessible trails and hiking trails, adding play area elements, invasive plant removal, weeding of the pollinator meadow and gardens, as well as assisting with the ongoing maintenance of Distant Hill.
