“Nature is the source of all true knowledge.” – Leonardo da Vinci
The ornamental shrub gardens, the vegetable garden, all of the stonework including the stone circle, the many buildings, and the substantial trail network were all designed and built by Michael and Kathy Nerrie.
A growing list of volunteers is assisting with the construction and maintenance of our accessible trails and hiking paths, incorporating play area elements, removing invasive plants, weeding the pollinator meadow and gardens, and supporting the ongoing maintenance of Distant Hill.
